The Engineering Employers Federation has engaged us to develop part of their professional development programme and deliver it for their members.

 

We’re collaborating with the NES AIM Academy  to bring our new In-line Development offering to a much wider range of clients.  AIM will incorporate this service into their overall range of development services.

 

Ferrartis Ltd, a new start-up company marketing innovative engineering products, came to us for help with developing their Internet presence. We helped them with their market segmentation, then designed and built their website for them.

 

We’re pleased to be helping two local charities in raising their profile and fundraising.

 

We've recently completed helping Cable and Wireless PLC (formerly THUS PLC) with their post-acquisition integration of billing customers from Your Communications.  We managed the integration of business processes surrounding billing and facilitating wider changes. We also led the decommissioning of two billing systems and delivered the in-sourcing of billing operations for a significant number of customer accounts.

 

The software tools we use for running our projects are being enhanced to make them suitable for distribution to end-users.

We’ve made RAIDAR PRINCE2 compliant to form a comprehensive project knowledge base.
