ClearSight is a requirements repository, built as an Access database, developed as an affordable solution for tracking requirements during the changes that occur during a project.

Making requirements explicit then tracking changes during the project is a critical part of making a project successful - an ill-defined project is doomed to failure. All too often the client is unclear about what is required and changes emerge which kill the project timeline and budget.  

It is vital to get the requirements right before the start of a project if possible. This database tool is designed to make it easy to capture requirements and "drill-down" into a hierarchy of increasing detail.
